The one hack that saved me from digital scavenger hunts š§
This used to be me:
āļø Go to book a flight ā spend 5 minutes digging to find my:
Passport Number
Frequent Flyer Number
Rental Car Membership ID
It was like going on a digital scavenger hunt every. single. time.
Sound familiar?
It isnāt just about time lost.
It is the mental frictionāgetting pulled out of flow over and over again.
The Hack That Changed Everything
I built a simple system using text expanders.
Anytime I caught myself looking something up more than once, I saved it as a snippet.
For example, I created a short trigger (like ::ff
for frequent flyer numbers).
Check it out in action šš»

I simply type ::ffunited
Andāboomāmy United MileagePlus Frequent flyer number appears.
This works for anything you donāt want to go hunting for.
š ID numbers
š¼ Membership numbers
š Links you always share
š§¾ Repetitive replies in emails
Save the brainpower for more important stuff.
