I’m a day late 😬😬😬 but there's a perfectly good reason for it.
I’ve been traveling with family and soaking up some much-needed offline time.
It’s been great to spend less hours in the digital world!
So, I’ll keep today’s newsletter short and sweet.

Big Change Is Scary
The idea of big change freaks a lot of people out.
Deleting Instagram.
Ditching email from your phone.
Turning off your phone for a weekend.
Setting a 1-hour screen limit and actually sticking to it.
These feel intense. And sometimes, too intense to even try.
The reality is you just need one small adjustment.
📵 Skip social media for the first hour you're awake
🔌 Move your charger out of the bedroom
📱 Take one walk without your phone
The Power of a Tiny Tweak
Think of it like using a camera.

When a photo is blurry, you don’t throw away the camera. You don’t buy a new one.
You experiment. You twist to focus.
Same thing with your digital life.
Small shifts can make a huge difference.
That’s how I’ve seen real, lasting change.
And that’s why I don’t believe in digital detoxes (but more on that next week!)
