Big Change Is Scary

The idea of big change freaks a lot of people out.

  • Deleting Instagram.

  • Ditching email from your phone.

  • Turning off your phone for a weekend.

  • Setting a 1-hour screen limit and actually sticking to it.

These feel intense. And sometimes, too intense to even try.

The reality is you just need one small adjustment.

  • ๐Ÿ“ต Skip social media for the first hour you're awake

  • ๐Ÿ”Œ Move your charger out of the bedroom

  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Take one walk without your phone

The Power of a Tiny Tweak

Think of it like using a camera.

When a photo is blurry, you donโ€™t throw away the camera. You donโ€™t buy a new one.

You experiment. You twist to focus.

Same thing with your digital life.

Small shifts can make a huge difference.

Thatโ€™s how Iโ€™ve seen real, lasting change.

And thatโ€™s why I donโ€™t believe in digital detoxes (but more on that next week!)
